Our Family Plan is the most convenient and cost-effective way for families to pay for their routine dental care. For each member the Family Plan includes all of the benefits listed in the table below.

What treatments does the discount on treatments include?
A 15% discount for adults and 50% discount for children is applied to all treatments except for implants and cosmetic dentistry treatments such as Invisalign, veneers, bonding, and facial aesthetics.
What is excluded from the discount?
The discount on treatments is not applicable to implants and cosmetic dentistry treatments such as Invisalign, veneers, bonding, and facial aesthetics (Botox and fillers).
Is the 20% discount applicable for In-chair or home teeth whitening?
The discount is applicable to both.
What is the difference between Denplan and the Family Plan and why is the Family Plan so much cheaper?
The Family Plan covers 2 exams and 2 hygienist visits per year plus it applies a discount of 15% on all other treatments (excluding cosmetic dentistry). Unlike the Family Plan, Denplan covers a variety of treatments such as fillings, root canals, crowns, etc.
Is there a minimum term to subscribe?
No. The plan subscribers are enrolled on a monthly basis which is automatically renewed at the end of every month until the subscribers decide to no longer participate in the plan.
How can I cancel the plan?
You can cancel the plan at any time by notifying us in writing. The cancellation will take effect immediately after we receive the cancellation request.
